Student Registration

Enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year:

For the start of the 2024 - 2025 school year:
 
Enrollment packets for the 24-25 school year will be available at the school office between 8:30am-2:30pm, Monday - Friday starting April 3, 2024.
 
UTK -  Universal -Transitional Kindergarten eligible students must be born between September 2, 2019 and September 1, 2020.
 
Kindergarten - Kindergarten minimum age requirement will be age 5 by September 1, 2024.

Affiliated Charter Exception to Address Verification: Affiliated charter schools extend enrollments to students outside attendance boundaries through the Choices Program. Affiliated charter schools are required to prioritize students who live in their attendance boundary. Therefore, they must verify residence for all incoming students to ensure the enrollment of these students.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
 
A.  Proof of Residence
Please submit one of the following acceptable documents:
 
  • Utility service contract, bills or payment receipts (Gas, Water, or Electricity)
  • Property taxes, rental or lease agreement, current rental receipt with address of property on receipt
  • Official government mail (CalWORKS, Social Security, Medi-Cal)
  • Current pay stub
  • Voter registration 
 
LAUSD does not accept telephone bills or driver's licenses as proof of residence. ALL documentation must be current and must identify the parent or legal guardian as the resident.
 
B.  Proof of Age of Minor
Please submit one of the following acceptable documents:
 
  • Birth certificate
  • Baptismal certificate
  • Passport
  • Court order
  • Health office/vital statistics record of birth certificate date
  • Department of Public Social Services (DPSS) letter verifying birthdate and an explanation of how this was verified
 
C.  Parent/Guardian/ Educational Rights Holder/ Caregiver ("parent") Identification
Please submit one of the following acceptable documents:
 
  • Students birth certificate or baptismal certificate or Court order establishing the parent/guardian relationship AND
  • Adults government-issued photo identification (Drivers license or DMV identification card)
 
D.  Proof of Immunization

ALL IMMUNIZATIONS MUST BE COMPLETED:
 
Child must have ALL the required doses to be enrolled and start school in August, even if your child turns age 5 on or after the first day of school ~ August 12, 2024:
 
  • Polio  4 doses
  • DTP  5 doses
  • MMR  2 doses
  • Hepatitis B  3 doses
  • Varicella (Chicken pox)  2 doses
 
OR
 
3.) SUBMIT a Pre-Enrollment Application* online at https://enroll.lausd.net/

*All required documents listed above in A - D must be uploaded to the application site. The remaining forms required will be provided in person at the school office.
 
If available/applicable you may also submit copies of:
  • Transcripts or recent grade reports
  • Copy of most recent Individual Educational Plan (IEP) or Section 504 Plan
  • Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) 1399 Form or minute order
  • Department of Probation placement information and/or Juvenile Court minute order
  • Court orders regarding legal custody, physically custody, or restricted contact with the school or child
